Bri was happy to get her Corpse Bride costume this year! She is a big fan of Tim Burton's movies The Corpse Bride and Nightmare Before Christmas. She was able to go trick or treating for a couple hours with her dad, our friends Josh and Amy, and their daughter Aubrey. Most of the people who usually come were sick this year with the H1N1 thing! The 2 kids still had a blast and got a bundle of goodies.
I stayed home to hand out goodies. We had puzzles, bubbles, super balls, stickers, card games, playdoh, etc. This was the first year Bri noticed I don't hand out candy=) It was cold out but dry.
Now to decorate for Thanksgiving. We will be celebrating Thanksgiving/Christmas at the same time in November as hubby's parents will be leaving right after for Kazakhstan. They will be there until mom comes home right after New Years. Mike will join us again around May I think. It is hard for us all to have him gone for such long periods of time.
